Created in 1987, D'Jazz Nevers set itself the mission of spreading jazz and improvised music. It supports the creation and development of awareness and artistic education through three programs:

• The D'Jazz Nevers Festival is an intense week of jazz taking place every year around November 11 and attracts international artists and French and European music industry professionals.
• The D’Jazz Season Nevers Cosne Nièvre, a season of concerts between February and June in various locations around Nevers, Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire and in the department of La Nièvre.
